INGREDIENTS:
Wheat flour - 1cup
Gram flour - 1 cup
Ajwain seeds - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Water for making dough
Onion - 1
Green chilli - 3
Amchur powder - pinch
Coriander leaves
Salt for taste
METHOD:
1. In a bowl, mix wheat flour, gram flour, ajwain seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste.
2. Add oil and mix it evenly.
3. Add water and knead the dough properly and keep it aside for 10 mins.
4. In a bowl mix finely chopped onion, green chillies, pinch of salt, pinch of amchur powder and finely chopped coriander leaves.
5. Make small round balls out of the dough and flatten them with rolling pin.
6. Sprinkle the onion mixture and roll it again.
7. Heat a pan and roast the rotis.
8. Apply ghee and roast it properly.
9. Serve the missi roti with curd and pickle.
