Masala pav is a yummy and spicy Mumbai street food. It is made by stuffing spicy tomato-onion gravy inside butter-laden pavs. It can be served for a snack and also as a starter before the main course.
INGREDIENTS:
Onion - 1
Capsicum - 1/2
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Tomato - 2
Butter - 2 tbsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Pav bhaji masala - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves
Pav
METHOD:
1. Heat a tava . Add butter and onions to it. Cook it for a minute.
3.Add Kashmiri red chili powder, pav bhaji masala, salt. Cook it till the tomatoes are soft.
4. Mash the mixture with the help of a masher. Add little water and cook it.
5. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
FOR PREPARING PAV
Heat butter in the same tava. Tear the pav and place it over the hot butter.Spread the masala over the pav and in the pav.
Serve the masala pav with some onion.....Enjoy !!!!!!
